Dr Neeti Chhabra did her MBBS form Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai and DNB -OBG from Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi. Under the guidance of her mentor, Col Pankaj Talwar, she developed interest in infertility and IVF and decided to take it up as her super specialty subject. While doing senior residency from LHMC, New Delhi, she was selected for the IFS fellowship and completed the same from Southend IVF, New Delhi under Dr Sonia Malik March 2015 to Feb 2016).
She worked as a consultant in the same unit for almost 3 years after the fellowship. She has experience in Independent handling of the Infertility unit involving IUI, IVF ovarian stimulation and infertility ultrasounds, Oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer, Management of difficult cases like poor responders, previous IVF failures, resistant PCO, recurrent pregnancy loss and third party reproduction including donor and surrogate cycles.
Dr Neeti Chhabra is registered under Punjab medical council and is an active member of national IFS, ISAR, FOGS’ and AOGD bodies. She has many publications to her credit in national journals and books and is an active participant in national and international conferences. She was a co investigator in a phase III trial held at Southend IVF titles. A Randomized, Open-label, Two-arm, Multicenter Study Comparing the Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of Oral Dydrogesterone 30mg daily versus Crinone 8% intravaginal progesterone gel 90mg daily for Luteal Support in In-Vitro Fertilization. She has keen research interest in ovarian stimulation in poor responders and PCOS.
